These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of emocktest.com and the eMockTest Android application (the "Platform"). By registering, purchasing or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to make a purchase. By using the Platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or allowing multiple people to use one account is prohibited. Notify us immediately at support@emocktest.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial exam preparation; to provide accurate registration details; not to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; and to comply with all applicable Indian laws.
4. Mock Tests
Mock tests are practice materials created for preparation purposes. Tests are timed and may include negative marking as displayed on each test page. Once started, a test runs on a server-side timer and is submitted automatically when the time expires. Results, scores and rankings generated by the Platform are indicative and have no official standing.
5. Premium Membership
A Premium membership unlocks all premium mock tests and all Exam Packs for the validity period shown at the time of purchase (for example 30 days for the monthly plan or 365 days for the yearly plan). Membership is not auto-renewing: access simply expires at the end of the period and you may purchase again at your discretion. Prices, validity and included features may change for future purchases; changes never reduce a membership you have already paid for.
6. Exam Packs
An Exam Pack grants lifetime access to all active mock tests of the relevant exam category, including tests added to that category later. Exam Packs do not expire. An active Premium membership already includes every Exam Pack; no separate purchase is required while it is active.
7. Individual Test Purchases
An individual test purchase grants lifetime access to that specific test, with unlimited re-attempts. Individual purchases are unaffected by the expiry of any membership.
8. Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access is granted only after our server verifies the payment signature. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and failed payments.
9. Affiliate Programme
Registered users may share product-specific referral links. Commission is credited only when a referred user completes a purchase of the specific product that was shared, and only once per referral. Self-referrals, fraudulent registrations, spam and misleading promotion are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commission and account termination. Commission rates may be revised prospectively.
10. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the Platform — including questions, answer explanations, study material, text, graphics, logos, page layouts, code and the eMockTest name and branding — is owned by or licensed to eMockTest and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for your own preparation. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, screenshot for distribution, upload to other platforms, sell or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited Activities
- Copying, scraping, downloading in bulk, republishing or reselling questions, explanations or any content.
- Sharing account credentials, or purchasing on behalf of others for redistribution.
- Using bots, crawlers, automated scripts or any tool to access the Platform or its API without written permission.
- Attempting to bypass payment, access control, rate limiting or any security mechanism.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code.
- Uploading or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or malicious content.
- Any activity that disrupts, overloads or impairs the Platform or other users' experience.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may delete your account from Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, engages in fraud or payment abuse, or endangers the Platform or other users. Where a breach is proven, paid access may be revoked without refund. We will notify you at your registered email except where the law prevents this.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee selection in any examination, uninterrupted availability, or that content is free of errors — see our Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eMockTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity or examination outcome. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eMockTest and its operators against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
