How do I take a free test?

Register with your name and email, open any test with a FREE badge, and click Start Test. You will get your result instantly.

What are the options to unlock a premium test?

Three options: (1) purchase that test individually for lifetime access, (2) purchase the Exam Pack for that exam — all its tests, including future ones, forever, or (3) take a Premium membership, which unlocks every premium test and every Exam Pack for the validity period.

Does Premium include Exam Packs?

Yes. Premium is the highest tier — while it is active, every Exam Pack is already included and you never need to buy one separately.

What happens to my purchased tests when my membership expires?

Nothing. Individually purchased tests and Exam Packs remain yours forever; only membership-based access ends.

Does Premium renew automatically?

No. It is a one-time purchase for a fixed validity period, so there is nothing to cancel. You can renew whenever you choose.

What if my internet disconnects during a test?

Do not refresh the page — the timer keeps running on our server. Answers you have already selected are preserved when you reconnect. If the problem persists, contact support.

What does the report card include?

Your score, percentage, correct/wrong/skipped counts, negative-marking deduction, and a question-by-question answer review with explanations.

Will I get my money back if a payment fails?

Yes. Failed and cancelled payments are auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If money was debited but access was not granted, email us with your Order ID and we will fix it. See our Refund Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account, or read our Account Deletion page.
